Who is responsible

Read's Digital Media Services is operated by Cameron Read, an individual doing business in Florida, United States. Contact us at contact@readsdigitalms.com.

Current status

This is a private, pre-launch policy draft. Each Read's Digital product will be reviewed before launch so its active privacy notice accurately identifies the data it uses, why it uses it, how long it is retained, and the choices available to users.

ClanScape Bingo pilot

The optional ClanScape Bingo RuneLite companion links a RuneScape display name to the Discord participant and server that created a one-time link. It uses an installation identifier and token to secure that connection.

When a player turns on board-only tracking, the companion sends only activity that matches an active board rule: item ID, quantity, and optional source NPC ID for a matching loot rule, or the matching collection-log entry. It also sends a generated event ID and timestamp. The service filters this input again and creates a review candidate; it does not automatically advance a board.

The companion is designed not to send general loot, location, inventory, chat, combat, or session information. As with any connection to an online service, the service may receive technical connection information such as an IP address.

Discord evidence

For Bingo review, organizers may use Discord message and attachment evidence. The service keeps source-message and attachment provenance. When private archive storage is configured, accepted Discord CDN images may also be copied to private storage for the event; an archive failure is recorded for organizer review rather than silently discarding the evidence.

Retention and deletion

Approved policy; enforcement pending. Archived evidence images will be deleted 90 days after an event ends. Telemetry and audit records will be deleted after 12 months. Security logs will be deleted after 30 days. Information may be retained longer only for an active dispute, security issue, or legal requirement.

The current pilot does not yet automatically enforce this schedule. Before public launch, the service will implement the retention jobs and this notice will state how participants can request deletion and how active account links and public standings are handled.

Information a Discord product may need

Depending on the product's feature set, a Discord app may need limited Discord account, server, channel, role, or message information; product configuration; user-submitted content; subscription entitlement information; and technical logs needed to operate and secure the service. The active notice for each product will state the exact categories and purpose.

Payments

When a paid feature is sold through Discord, payment processing is handled through Discord's applicable purchase flow. This draft does not represent that Read's Digital receives customers' payment-card numbers.
